Our Affiliate Relationship

Spinning Tops Nursery (spinningtopsnursery.co.uk) is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes with various non-GamStop casino operators and betting platforms. When you click on certain links on our website and subsequently register or place bets with these operators, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

How We Identify Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links may be identified by the following indicators on our site:

• Links marked with an affiliate icon or badge
• Text explicitly stating "affiliate link" or "sponsored"
• Buttons or call-to-action elements linking to partner sites
• Product comparison tables with affiliate links

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate commissions do not influence, bias, or determine our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We assess all operators independently based on factors including licensing, security, game selection, customer service, and user experience. Our rankings reflect our genuine editorial assessment, and we maintain complete editorial control over all content.

UK Compliance

This disclosure is made in compliance with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and all applicable UK consumer protection regulations. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and honest communication with our audience.

Your Responsibility

Please note that gambling involves risk. Before engaging with any casino or betting platform, you should:

• Verify the operator's licensing and regulatory status
• Understand the terms and conditions
• Gamble only with money you can afford to lose
• Use responsible gambling tools if available
• Seek support if gambling becomes problematic
